Inventory Stocking & Cycle Counts Quality Inspection Customer Service Clerical, or Marketing Responsibilities:

Manage processing of returns to ensure timely processing, inspect condition of return items, issue refunds, file shipping damage claims and marketplace reimbursement claims, restock merchandise Fulfill sample requests by picking sample stock, generating form letters and labels from templates, labeling samples accurately, and selecting cost effective mailing method Prepare outbound small parcel shipments by selecting cost effective shipping method, packing, and labeling orders accurately Palletize cartons, wrap pallets, operate manual pallet jack to move pallets Manage order picking and packing processes to ensure timely dispatch of products while maintaining quality standards Maintain organized stock levels through stocking, inventory checks, and proper placement of goods in accordance with warehouse procedures Monitor and maintain stock of shipping supplies such as cartons and tape Inspect products for quality control Ensure compliance with safety protocols during load & unload operations and when operating equipment

Skills, Experience and Abilities:

Ability to work in warehouse conditions, to stand, walk, lift and carry up to 36 lbs for duration of shift Proven experience in order fulfilment, warehouse distribution, or shipping & receiving procedures Ability to operate material handling equipment including pallet jack safely Strong understanding of order fulfillment processes specific to e-commerce environments Familiarity with packaging standards for small parcels to ensure secure delivery Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipment quantities accurately Experience with Shipping software such as ShipStation, Veeqo, Shippo, Easyship, ShippingEasy, etc; Experience with ERPs or Inventory systems Excellent organizational skills with a focus on accuracy in picking & packing tasks

Work Shift:

Must be available to work a morning shift starting at 6:00a -7:00a May be scheduled to work more than 8 hours per shift on Mondays-Tuesdays and less than 8 hours per shift on Wednesdays-Fridays. Must be available to stay until end of fulfillment every day Must have excellent attendance. Tardies, frequent absences, early departures, or failure to give notice of absence will not be tolerated No night shifts May be scheduled to work one weekend day per week in high volume seasons

Pay:

$17.00 - $30.00 per hour
