Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Specialist to join our logistics team. Duties Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders using warehouse management systems. Prepare outgoing shipments by accurately picking, packing, and labeling products according to order specifications. Coordinate with carriers for timely pickup and delivery of goods while tracking shipment statuses through data entry and logistics software. Conduct regular stock counts, reconcile discrepancies, and update inventory levels to support warehouse distribution accuracy. Assist with packaging orders for e-commerce platforms, ensuring products are securely prepared for shipment. Support warehouse operations by participating in stocking activities, order picking & packing, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics roles with familiarity in shipping & receiving processes. Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and Microsoft Office tools. Strong understanding of shipping logistics and order fulfillment procedures. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately. Experience with QR scanners, pallet jacks, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment. Excellent data entry skills combined with customer service orientation to support internal teams and external partners effectively.
