Position:

• Package and or Prepare goods on pallets in order to prevent damage during transport. Conducts a physical check/inventory of the pallets before shipping. Maintain effective communication with Supervisor and Manager at all times. Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and corporate food safety regulatory standards. Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of company's Shipping Policies. Ensure orders are completed in accordance with company policies. Provide support to employees and monitor performance to ensure work processes are accomplished in a timely and effective manner. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Basic math skills required (counting, multiplication, conversions, fractions) Demonstrated skills with industrial powered equipment required. Certification for equipment as required based on facility needs (for example, forklift, scissor lift, electric pallet jack, reach truck, etc. An understanding of ERP software preferred (SAP experience is a plus). Excellent communication skills. Excellent organization skills and the ability to multi-task.

SHIFT:

1st shift Monday through Friday. 7:00am - 4:00pm. Occasion Weekend Overtime.

PAY:
