Position Overview As a Fulfillment Associate you will be ensuring that customer orders are processed, packed, and shipped with the precision of a honeycomb. You'll be responsible for maintaining inventory, preparing orders for shipment, and ensuring all shipping documentation is completed smoothly. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to buzz around in a fast-paced environment will be vital to the overall success of our shipping operations. Responsibilities Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to company standards and procedures. Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels by performing regular cycle counts, monitoring stock levels, and reporting discrepancies. Ensure that all orders are properly labeled, packaged, and ready for shipment. This includes verifying shipping addresses, printing shipping labels, and preparing shipping documentation. Inspect products for damage or defects before packing and report any issues. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Report any safety hazards or concerns. Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems in a safe and efficient manner. Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure smooth and efficient order fulfillment. Communicate any issues or delays promptly. Maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking numbers, shipping costs, and delivery confirmations. Requirements and Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment strongly preferred. Experience using NetSuite is a plus. Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills. Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
