Job Summary Masis Staffing is hiring an LTL Clerk for a warehouse in Savannah. The LTL Clerk will support daily shipping operations by processing LTL orders, preparing shipping documentation, coordinating carrier pickups, and ensuring shipments are accurate and completed on time. Responsibilities Process and ship a target of 25-35 LTL orders per day, depending on order volume and complexity. Ensure 100% accuracy of BOLs, carrier assignments, pallet labels, and tracking information. Verify that orders are physically picked, packed, and staged before shipment confirmation. Coordinate carrier pickups and ensure shipments are completed before daily cutoffs. Maintain an accurate daily shipment tracker and promptly escalate delays or discrepancies. Enter and update shipment information in the warehouse system. Print and organize shipping documents, labels, and bills of lading. Communicate with warehouse personnel, carriers, and internal teams regarding shipment status and issues. Review orders and shipment documentation for accuracy before release. Maintain organized shipping records and documentation. Follow all company safety and warehouse procedures. Assist with other warehouse and administrative duties as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or warehouse administration preferred. LTL shipping experience is a plus. Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse/shipping systems. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to read and understand shipping documents. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk throughout the workday. Ability to occasionally lift and move boxes or materials. Ability to safely navigate a warehouse environment around equipment and personnel.
