Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred No specialized training required Forklift certification is a plus but not required Experience Requirements Entry-level position; warehouse experience is helpful but not required Basic computer and data entry skills Ability to learn SAP and inventory management systems Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and teamwork skills Reliable attendance and positive work ethic Job Duties Unload containers and receive products into the SAP system Scan incoming products and prepare pallets for storage Process receiving transactions using internal and external documentation Verify invoices, purchase orders, and receiving paperwork for accuracy Adjust inventory records and raw material quantities as needed Receive and process product transfers Sign for incoming deliveries from UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers Assist with locating products within warehouse storage bins Help unload containers and support receiving operations Perform daily inspections of forklifts and electric pallet jacks Maintain communication with coworkers, coordinators, and management Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday. Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely load, unload, and organize products in a warehouse environment.
