As an internet shipping associate, you will be responsible for processing, packing, and shipping customer orders, accurately and in a timely manner. Your efforts will contribute to the overall growth and success of our organization.Responsibilities:
- Picking the necessary products out of inventory to fulfill Internet orders.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently using our system.
- Determine and build packaging based on product size.
- Perform quality control checks on all products before shipping.
- Follow proper packing procedure to create packages that adhere to the organization's highest standards.
- Creating shipping labels to be placed on packages.
- Keeping your workstation clean and well stocked with packing materials.
- Performing general cleaning duties.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- General knowledge of computers, handheld scanners, and printers.
- Strong work ethic.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to lift, up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time comfortably.
- Ability to bend and twist repetitively.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to ask questions and communicate effectively.
- Ability to speak, read, and write English.
