Senior Associate (FFL/Serialized Operations) We are seeking a Senior Associate to support FFL and serialized operations at our Montezuma Distribution Center. This hands-on role is responsible for accurate product movement, inventory control, documentation, and compliance within a highly regulated warehouse environment.

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30

PM Starting Wage:

$18.87+/hour, depending on experience What You'll Do Pick, receive, and document serialized products in accordance with ATF requirements Maintain accurate serialized inventory and Bound Book records Support inventory audits and help investigate discrepancies Serve as a knowledgeable resource for FFL and serialized product processes Support picking, packing, receiving, and other warehouse functions as needed Help train less experienced associates and support process improvements Partner with Fulfillment, Inventory Control, and FFL Compliance teams What We're Looking For At least three years of warehouse, fulfillment, inventory, assembly, or related experience High school diploma or equivalent Experience with warehouse management systems, scanners, and standard warehouse tools Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and regularly stand and walk throughout the shift Experience with serialized inventory, FFL operations, ATF compliance, Bound Book systems, ERP systems, inventory reconciliation, or forklifts is preferred.
