This is an entry level position with great team environment. This person does a little bit of everything! We imagine the person filling this role as detailed focused, willing to learn, good math skills and able to bounce between tasks to meet business needs. Experience with Word, Excel and Outlook would be advantageous.

Duties and Responsibilities:

General Office organization and sending/receiving mail, data entry, understanding general data base, Data Entry, time entry, daily reports, Willing to ask questions, grow in knowledge and skills, Must be able to count accurately, Able to read prints and work orders preferred, Keep accurate records, Perform other job-related duties as requested, Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor towards guests and co-workers, Strong communication skills, Take initiative and be self-motivated, Excellent problem solving, time management and troubleshooting skills, • Our ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, understand the importance of good communication, be able to follow instruction and have a positive attitude, • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.

Schedule:

8 Hour Shift Monday to Friday 1-week paid vacation after 1-year continuous service
