Shift:

Monday-Friday ~ 3:30pm-12.00AM Pay rate: $16.25 an hour Responsibilities Prepare and process outbound shipments, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and labeling of orders in accordance with customer specifications and shipping regulations Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and update inventory management software promptly Maintain precise records of all shipping & receiving activities Conduct regular inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and support stock replenishment efforts to optimize warehouse distribution Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve shipping issues quickly and provide updates on order status Experience Proven experience working in warehouse operations or logistics environments with a focus on shipping & receiving Familiarity with warehouse management systems Hands-on experience with order picking, packing, stocking, and using equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for data entry, reporting, and communication purposes Basic math skills for calculating weights, measurements, and quantities accurately Excellent organizational skills combined with a customer service mindset to handle inquiries professionally Capital Employment Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
