Hiring:

Shipping Associate PROMAN Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Associate to support shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material movement operations in a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for processing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and operating material handling equipment while ensuring customer orders are completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities:

Perform daily cycle counts using RF scanners and SAP Verify materials pulled for customer orders Process deliveries using scanners and computer systems Label, box, and package products according to customer requirements Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments Process UPS, FedEx, and LTL shipments Create deliveries and process transfer orders Perform inventory transactions using RF scanners and SAP Access and monitor reports related to shipping and inventory Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, shrink wrappers, forklifts, and order pickers Assist with continuous process improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED preferred 1-2 years of material handling and inventory control experience Forklift Certification required Strong SAP experience and knowledge of inventory transactions Experience with shipping and receiving processes Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit, stand, walk, and bend throughout the shift Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
