Wage $17.00 to $22.00 Per Hour Responsibilities Process and print shipping orders accurately based on daily order queues from the warehouse management system (WMS) Generate and apply shipping labels (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.) to outbound packages in accordance with carrier requirements Verify label accuracy against order details including recipient address, SKU, weight, and carrier service type Sort and stage labeled packages by carrier and route for outbound pickup Identify and flag mislabeled, damaged, or mismatched packages before shipment Maintain printing equipment and label stock; report supply shortages in a timely manner Coordinate with receiving and picking teams to ensure order flow continuity Meet daily throughput targets while maintaining a low error rate Document exceptions, reprints, and label errors in the tracking log Comply with workplace safety and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Skills Must have prior experience in warehouse operations, order fulfillment, or shipping/receiving preferred Familiarity with dropshipping workflows and multi-carrier shipping labels (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.) Ability to operate label printers (Zebra or similar thermal printers) Well computer proficiency; Must be good at Microsoft softwares. Experience with WMS or order management systems is a huge plus Attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy in label verification and order matching Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods Capable of lifting and handling packages up to 50 lbs is a plus Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Work Ethic & Soft Skills Reliable, punctual, and able to meet daily throughput targets consistently Able to work independently with minimal supervision Strong sense of responsibility regarding shipping accuracy and error prevention Team player with clear communication skills • Bilingual is a huge plus: Chinese Mandarin + English since all our drop shipping clients are Chinese . Schedule Availability to work weekday shifts; overtime and weekend availability a plus Ability to adapt to fluctuating order volumes during peak seasons
