Materials Supervisor About the Role We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our operations team. In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping our products moving efficiently-ensuring orders are accurate, shipments are on time, and our warehouse runs smoothly. What You'll Do Prepare, package, and ship customer orders with accuracy and efficiency Receive incoming materials and verify shipments against purchase orders Coordinate pickups and deliveries with carriers to ensure on-time shipments Complete shipping documentation including bills of lading and packing lists Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (training/certification provided if needed) Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment Communicate with internal teams to resolve shipping or order-related issues What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and/or ERP systems preferred) Good communication and problem-solving abilities Previous warehouse or shipping experience is a plus, but not required Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (varied temperatures, noise levels) Why Join Us?
