Part-Time Production & Fulfillment Associate Astral Herbal

• $18 per hour Astral Herbal is a growing small business looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Production & Fulfillment Associate to help prepare our herbal products and get customer orders out the door with care. As part of a small team, your work will make a direct difference in our day-to-day operations and our customers' experience. We're looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in getting the details right, and is excited to contribute as our business grows. What you'll do Assist with preparing, packaging, and labeling herbal products according to written instructions. Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time. Check products, labels, and outgoing orders for quality and accuracy. Keep production, storage, and packing areas clean and organized. Help receive deliveries, organize inventory, and monitor packaging supplies. Maintain accurate production and fulfillment records. Follow sanitation and safety procedures, and communicate any quality concerns or supply shortages. Pitch in on other production and fulfillment tasks as the needs of our small team evolve. What we're looking for Strong attention to detail and a consistent, reliable work ethic. Ability to follow instructions and complete repetitive tasks carefully. Good organization and communication skills. Comfort working independently and collaborating with a small team. Willingness to learn and adapt as the business grows. Basic computer skills and willingness to learn order fulfillment tools. Production, packaging, retail, or shipping experience is helpful. An interest in herbs and herbal products is welcome. Hours and pay This is a part-time position offering 20 hours per week at $18 per hour . 12pm to 4pm Monday through Friday preferred.
