JOB DESCRIPTION
Shipping Clerk Responsibilities:
Manage andCoordinate Daily Route Manifest Log. Verify Receiving and Shipping Windows are met- communicate concerns to supervisor Updates Hot Parts Board whenexpeditedparts arrive. Managethe Dock and Yard Inventory Trailer movements to supportproduction and supermarketlines ofreplenishment. Manage Trailer Tracking Sheet. Manage andmaintainaccuratepaperwork to support part inventory of trailers in yard. Maintains records of seat shipping system (BOS requirements) Coordinate anylogisticsto and from outside warehouse/s. Manage the input of incoming receipts on a regular timely basis. Diligentlymaintainsrecords of packing slips Maintains records of returnable containers Maintain system for accurately tracking Truckload Utilization. (TUMS) Able to work with minimum supervision. Maintain all CTPAT requirements (Trainable) Must haveup-to-date forklift license. Ensurescompliancewithallsafetyproceduresandensuressafeworkingproceduresinassignedproductionareas. Maintain all BOS requirements for shipping,receiving, and transportation management
