DESCRIPTION
Shipping Clerk Responsibilities:
Manage and Coordinate Daily Route Manifest Log. Verify Receiving and Shipping Windows are met- communicate concerns to supervisor Updates Hot Parts Board when expedited parts arrive. Manage the Dock and Yard Inventory Trailer movements to support production and supermarket lines of replenishment. Manage Trailer Tracking Sheet. Manage and maintain accurate paperwork to support part inventory of trailers in yard. Maintains records of seat shipping system (BOS requirements) Coordinate any logistics to and from outside warehouse/s. Manage the input of incoming receipts on a regular timely basis. Diligently maintains records of packing slips Maintains records of returnable containers Maintain system for accurately tracking Truckload Utilization. (TUMS) Able to work with minimum supervision. Maintain all CTPAT requirements (Trainable) Must have up-to-date forklift license. Ensures compliance with all safety procedures and ensures safe working procedures in assigned production areas. Maintain all BOS requirements for shipping, receiving, and transportation management
Qualifications:
1-2 Years Shipping/Receiving Clerk, Inventory Coordination, or similar field Experience in Manufacturing/Distribution - Automotive a big plus Experienced with Microsoft Applications including Excel ERP Knowledge is a plus - Trainable This Position is for 2nd Shift (3:30pm-12am)
Pay Range:
$50-55k
