Job Description

Our client, a family-owned distributor, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping/Receiving Clerk to join their team in Northbrook, IL . This role is responsible for managing the daily shipping and receiving operations within the
MAS 100 ERP
system, ensuring accurate inventory handling, and maintaining compliance with customer-specific shipping requirements. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced distribution environment and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
The Day-to-Day:
Review Open Order and Purchase Order reports daily to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Adhere to customer-specific requirements, including packaging, labeling, carrier routing, and billing, as documented in the
MAS 100 ERP
customer memo notes. Receive incoming products, update records in MAS 100 ERP, and generate vendor payment vouchers as needed. Maintain accurate inventory records within the ERP system and physical bin locations; participate in the annual physical inventory process.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience with ERP systems (MAS 100 preferred). Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the flexibility to adapt and make sound decisions. Certified and experienced in forklift and reach truck operation. Strong mathematical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Pay Rate:
$21.00 /hr
