This role is ideal for someone who is organized, efficient, dependable and can lift up to 50 pounds. Responsibilities Accurately pull sold items from inventory and prepare orders for shipment Carefully package clothing, shoes, handbags, accessories, and other items Print shipping labels and ensure orders are shipped accurately and same day Verify items, quantities, addresses, and shipping information before orders leave Process orders across multiple online resale/e-commerce platforms Maintain an organized and efficient shipping area Handle merchandise with care and attention to detail Assist with basic inventory organization and fulfillment tasks as needed Communicate any inventory discrepancies or shipping issues immediately Qualifications Prior packing, shipping, fulfillment, warehouse or e-commerce experience required Must have your own reliable transportation Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately Organized and able to prioritize multiple orders Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using a computer and online platforms Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Experience with online resale platforms such as eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Grailed, or Shopify is a major plus Experience handling clothing, fashion, luxury goods, or inventory is a plus 2 references required Background check is required Ideal Candidate Experience in e-commerce, online resale, consignment, retail, or warehouse fulfillment is highly preferred.
