Job Responsibilities
✅ Pick customer orders accurately using pick tickets, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems
✅ Pack HVAC and refrigeration parts, equipment, and accessories according to shipping specifications
✅ Verify product quantities, part numbers, and order accuracy
✅ Prepare shipments using UPS, FedEx, and other carrier shipping systems
✅ Print shipping labels and process shipment documentation
✅ Receive incoming inventory and compare products against shipping records
✅ Inspect incoming and outgoing products for quality and damage
✅ Sort, stage, and organize inventory within designated warehouse locations
✅ Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records using computerized warehouse systems
✅ Complete written and electronic documentation as required
✅ Assist with order verification, cycle counts, and inventory control activities
✅ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
✅ Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures
Qualifications
✔ Minimum 1 year of warehouse, picking, packing, shipping, or receiving experience preferred
✔ Experience using RF scanners
✔ Experience with UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, or similar shipping software preferred
✔ Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
✔ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
✔ Basic computer skills
✔ Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift
✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✔ High School Diploma or GED preferred
