$18.75/hour Position Summary We are seeking experienced and dependable Shipping & Receiving Associates for a busy manufacturing and warehouse environment in St. Charles, IL . Candidates will support daily warehouse operations by preparing outgoing shipments, receiving incoming materials, verifying inventory, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring materials are properly stored and distributed. Shipping compensation is based on the candidate's relevant shipping experience and assigned shift . Essential Duties & Responsibilities Prepare customer orders and materials for shipment. Receive incoming products, materials, components, and supplies. Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against packing slips, purchase orders, and other documentation. Inspect received materials for quantity, condition, and accuracy. Pick, pack, label, stage, and prepare orders for shipment. Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records. Assist with inventory counts and inventory accuracy. Properly store and organize materials within designated warehouse locations. Move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas as needed. Communicate discrepancies, damaged products, shortages, and incorrect shipments to management. Assist with loading and unloading trucks as required. Use warehouse equipment safely when trained and authorized. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Follow established safety, quality, and inventory-control procedures. Work closely with production, warehouse, inventory, and logistics personnel. Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications Shipping:

Minimum of 1 year of relevant shipping/warehouse experience for the experienced rate; candidates with 5+ years of relevant shipping experience may qualify for the higher rate. Previous receiving, warehouse, inventory, shipping, or material-handling experience preferred for receiving positions. Experience preparing and verifying shipping/receiving documentation is preferred. Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing environment. Strong organizational and communication skills. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to safely perform material-handling responsibilities. Ability to work the assigned shift and overtime as required.
