Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Associate to join our office team. The position hours are flexible, Monday through Friday. The position requires standing, packing and shipping orders. This role is vital in ensuring timely and accurate order processing, shipping, and receiving, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Duties Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations. Coordinate with transportation providers and third-party logistics (3PL) partners to schedule pickups and deliveries efficiently. Maintain accurate documentation for shipping & receiving activities. Skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members, vendors, carriers, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
