Job Description

Key Responsibilities Departmental Growth:
Work closely with the Shipping Manager to master all operations, with a direct track to lead the department.
Packing & Logistics:
Safely and efficiently pack auction items; coordinate third-party transport for large, oversized items.
Operations & Admin:
Master in-house shipping software, manage inventory supply orders, submit monthly reports, and file carrier claims.
Customer Service & Support:
Maintain clear communication with customers and assist with general auction tasks during downtime.
Local Logistics:
Perform local pickups and deliveries as needed.
Assist Auction Team:
Other duties to include room set-up/staging, clean-up, loading & unloading, miscellaneous projects as needed. Requirements & Qualifications Strong accuracy, high reliability, and exceptional attention to detail. Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50lbs, use moving equipment properly. Requires standing, walking, and moving throughout the entire shift. Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle. Prior packing experience preferred (willing to train on handling fragile and high-value items).
Position Details Type:
Full-time hours plus required to work every auction as needed on weekends and occasional Saturdays when office is open for pick ups

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
