Job Overview We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Artist to join our team. Graphic Artist will be responsible for processing customer-supplied art files for print production, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Examine and process customer supplied art, and related documents, to meet Bag Makers' specifications for print production. Revise existing art files, including but not limited to: client edits, re-draws, re-create, typeset, convert raster art to vector art. Proof/Pre-flight art and job files for accuracy, ensure all jobs meet quality standards and are error free. Prepare art proof approvals. Create virtual mock-ups for trained imprint processes with Adobe Photoshop. Assist team co-workers as needed. Data entry as directed by management. Answer phones and provide superior customer service in professional manner. Offer creative design and/or technical solutions to customers and co-workers. Assist other office or production departments as needed and approved by management. Complete any other duties as assigned by Management. This can include but not limited to Production, Warehouse, Inspection, Sample department, Cross training/Shadowing in different departments and any additional projects throughout the year. PC & MAC

operating systems. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Illustrator with emphasis on drawing, tracing, layout, and typography. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
