• hour 2nd Shift, 2pm to 1030pm Light Industrial Full-time Over-Time Available This assignment relies on weekly overtime. The amount of required overtime varies from week to week. Looking for someone who wants to grow with company. Position is temp to convert. HS Diploma/GED required for this position

Responsibilities:

• Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Pick and pack orders for shipment
• Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and update system records
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and order pickers
• Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment

Experience:

• Previous experience in shipping or a similar role preferred
• Familiarity with order picking, order fulfillment, and basic math skills
• Experience using RF scanners to track inventory is a plus
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and processes is beneficial
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and order pickers is required

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order processing and inventory management
• Excellent organizational skills to maintain an efficient warehouse layout
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
• Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and vendors
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift heavy objects, and stand for extended periods of time
