In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our online sales operations, ensuring products are accurately listed, efficiently packed, and promptly shipped to customers worldwide. Your energy and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service and maintain seamless warehouse operations. Duties Manage product listings on our e-commerce platform, ensuring accurate descriptions, images, and pricing using inventory management software and ERP systems. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, utilizing RF scanners, order pickers, pallet jacks, and packaging materials. Load and unload shipments safely using forklifts and pallet jacks while adhering to trade compliance and international trade regulations. Coordinate shipping logistics by scheduling pickups, tracking shipments, and updating order statuses to ensure timely delivery. Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry and inventory management systems; perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies. Support warehouse operations by stocking shelves, organizing storage areas, and ensuring a clean, safe workspace aligned with warehouse distribution standards. Communicate effectively with team members and carriers to resolve shipping issues or inventory discrepancies promptly. Skills Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and ERP systems. Strong knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, logistics coordination, and order fulfillment processes. Experience with warehouse operations including stocking, picking & packing, load & unload activities. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing. Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklifts, RF scanners, pallet jacks, and trade compliance standards. Excellent data entry skills combined with customer service orientation to support internal teams and external clients. Knowledge of international trade regulations and shipping logistics to ensure compliance across global markets.
