Some of What You Will Do:
Pick correct product and quantity utilizing pick list. Package product in correct staging lane as designated by Shipping Lead. Package product appropriately utilizing Latham Pool Products packaging standards. Sign pick list and turn into Warehouse Team Lead. Assist in stacking product from production department to staging area. Maintain a clean and organized working environment utilizing 5s. (Qualifications) Must have high school diploma or GED with 3-5 years shipping and warehouse experience. Able to work overtime when required. Data entry skills with great attention to detail, basic reading and math skills Must be able to do heavy lifting and forklift experience required. Team player with the ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form. Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, generate reports as requested, and set and reach goals while meeting deadlines.
