Skills:

Experience with SAP preferred Experience in automotive shipping and receiving Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace Knowledge of packing slips, invoices, and processing incoming paperwork correctly Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to effectively communicate with internal and external customers Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, maintain a positive attitude, and provide exemplary customer service Ability to work independently and complete assignments according to instructions, routines, and standard practices High School Diploma or GED preferred; Associate Degree preferred

Job Duties:

Communicate effectively with external and internal customers Maintain computer equipment and perform daily system backups Coordinate with other departments as needed Maintain 5S standards in the work area Adhere to all 5S and safety rules Participate in semi-annual work reviews Follow all
