Full-Time Worldwide Foam is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented ShippingReceiving Associate to join our team in Elkhart. This is a hands-on warehouse position responsible for making sure materials and products are received, stored, prepared, and shipped accurately and on time. In this role, you'll be an important part of keeping our operation moving. You'll receive and inspect incoming shipments, verify materials against purchase orders and packing slips, prepare products for outgoing shipments, and make sure documentation is accurate. You'll also help maintain an organized warehouse so materials can be located and moved efficiently. This position involves regular use of material-handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks , to safely load, unload, and move products throughout the facility. What You'll Do Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage Prepare, package, and stage products for outgoing shipments Load and unload trucks and safely move materials throughout the warehouse Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment Keep warehouse and storage areas clean, organized, and safe Identify and help resolve shipment, inventory, or documentation discrepancies Follow all company safety procedures and shipping requirements What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is reliable, organized, and pays attention to the details . Shipping and receiving plays an important role in making sure the right product gets to the right place at the right time, so accuracy and communication are essential. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and preferably 2+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehousing, or a similar role . Basic computer skills are needed for maintaining records and tracking shipments. You should also be comfortable communicating with coworkers, suppliers, and customers when needed. This is an active position. You must be able to remain on your feet for up to eight hours and regularly lift up to 30 pounds , with team lifting used for heavier items.
