Join our Toyota Material Handling Team as a

Shipping/Receiving Associate The Role:

We're seeking a driven and detail-oriented Shipping/Receiving Associate who brings a strong customer-focused and a continuous improvement mindset The Shipping/Receiving Operator is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate documentation, proper material handling, and timely delivery. If you enjoy tackling challenges while having the opportunity to go above and beyond, you will feel right at home.

What You'll Be Doing:

Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner

Receives products after final inspection.

Ability to operate fork trucks to move heavy materials. Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders and packing slips

Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies or quality issues

Accurately label, store, and organize inventory in designated locations

Pack and prepare outgoing shipments according to work orders

Learn and operate SAP and Raymond/TMH portal systems to manage shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions

Prepare shipping documents, including bills of lading and shipping labels

Supports the Company's 5S program in an effort to maintain work area, equipment and supplies in a neat, organized manner. Supports Toyota Production System (TPS) driven processes and activities. Ensures equipment is in good operating condition

Ability to work well with others

Additional duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience

Previous experience drive a forklift or PIV equipment

Previous shipping/receiving or logistics experience preferred

Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems

Ability to read and interpret shipping documents and work orders

Strong attention to detail and organization skills
