We are seeking dependable and motivated Shipping Floor Associates to join a fast-paced warehouse team. This role is responsible for supporting daily shipping operations, ensuring orders are accurately processed, packed, and prepared for shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with shipping and order fulfillment processes Prepare, verify, and package products for shipment according to company standards Load, unload, and move materials throughout the shipping floor Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines Support team production goals and daily workflow needs Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required Forklift certification is not required for this role at the contractor level. However, it may be required for future direct hire opportunities.
