The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our warehouse and dispatch operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of incoming and outgoing deliveries. Responsibilities Efficiently process product orders, including receiving deliveries, registering them, and distributing packages within the company. Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the company stock area, cataloging items regularly. Plan and schedule large shipments, ensuring sufficient storage space and staff availability. Prepare regular shipping and receiving reports, maintaining accurate records of goods shipped and received. Address and resolve issues related to shipping or inventory handling. Adhere to environmental management and systems. Resolve shipping issues and customer complaints promptly and effectively. Store merchandise in a warehouse or storage facility, operating forklifts and pallet jacks for large goods when necessary. Qualifications Experience in a warehouse / shipping environment. Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems. Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks. Strong problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
