We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Retail Operations Associate to join the Keeneland Shop team during peak times. This role is responsible for supporting daily E-commerce fulfillment operations, receiving and transferring merchandise to and from satellite locations while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

RESPONSIBILITES

Pick, pack and ship online customer orders accurately and efficiently through Shopify E-commerce platform Process returns and exchanges according to company procedures Assist with receiving, processing and transferring merchandise to satellite locations Ensure orders are shipped in a timely manner to meet customer expectations Assist with customer service inquiries Work collaboratively with E-commerce Operations Manager and Retail Marketing Manager on various E-Commerce & marketing needs Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the warehouse Follow company policies and warehouse procedures

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma required Previous warehouse, retail, or fulfillment experience is a plus; Shopify experience preferred Ability to lift and move packages & bins up to 50 pounds Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout shifts Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer and scanner/device proficiency Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Dependable attendance and positive attitude
