Job Description

Job Overview The Shipping & Receiving Clerk is responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing materials, products, and supplies for the machine shop. This position ensures that parts are properly packaged, labeled, tracked, and delivered on schedule while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in inventory and documentation. Shipping Duties Prepare finished parts and assemblies for shipment according to customer specifications and quality standards. Create shipping labels, packing lists, and required documentation. Schedule pickups and coordinate with carriers (UPS, FedEx, freight, etc.). Verify accuracy of shipments, including part numbers, quantities, and order details. Ensure safe, secure, and professional packaging to prevent damage during transport. Receiving Duties Track and maintain accurate inventory level in our eci JobBoss software. Assist with inventory counts, returns, and restocking. Move materials, tools, and parts between work areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment. Keep shipping/receiving and storage areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
