Currently, we are seeking a dependable and hardworking Receiving Associate to join our Distribution team in Avon, MA. This hands-on role is responsible for receiving incoming shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring products are properly stored and ready for distribution. Why You'll Love Working Here Competitive Pay based on your experience Affordable Benefits•medical, dental, and vision Life Insurance and Disability benefits 401(k) with Company Match Generous Paid Time Off On-the-Job Training and career development Regular Performance Reviews and growth opportunities Supportive, Close-Knit Team environment Safety First•always our top priority What You'll Do Safely unload trucks and containers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment Inspect incoming shipments for damage, shortages, or discrepancies Verify products against purchase orders and packing slips Label and barcode products for inventory tracking Enter received inventory into the warehouse management system (WMS) Move and organize products in designated warehouse locations Perform daily cycle counts and inventory checks Replenish and relocate materials as needed Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent Warehouse experience preferred (4+ years preferred) Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work effectively in a team environment Basic English proficiency preferred Additional Details Uniforms provided Must be able to operate P.I.T. equipment (training provided) At Charles D.
