Job Description

Description The Shipping & Receiving Specialist is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including receiving, processing, storing, and shipping inventory. This role ensures products are handled efficiently and accurately while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment. This position plays a key role in supporting inventory accuracy and timely order fulfillment to meet company standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments accurately and efficiently ensure accurate quantities and quality Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and timely Inspect products for damage or discrepancies and report issues as needed follow company policy and procedure Use online platforms to fulfill all e-commerce orders Ensure all warehouse processes and operations comply with company policies, procedures, and operational standards. Assist with inventory counts, audits, and cycle counts for warehouse products Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse at all times Transfer product between warehouse and retail locations with high level of accuracy Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding workflow and issues. Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicle Other tasks as assigned to support general warehouse operations Qualifications 0-2 years of previous warehouse, fulfillment and or shipping and receiving experience preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work as part of a team with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms (a plus, not required) Physical Demands / Work Environment / Hours The physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
