9 am - 6 PM About the Opportunity A growing healthcare manufacturing organization is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipper to support daily shipping and distribution operations. This role is responsible for preparing, processing, and shipping products accurately while maintaining inventory organization and supporting overall warehouse operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in accuracy, and works well both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities Process and verify outgoing shipments accurately and on time Receive and verify distribution orders Organize daily shipping and distribution activities Review shipment documentation prior to release Maintain inventory within on-site storage areas Receive and ship non-inventory items Coordinate with shipping vendors and couriers Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts Support operational improvement initiatives as assigned Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Perform shipping, receiving, stocking, sorting, packing, and loading activities Follow established quality, safety, and company procedures Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent At least 6 months of shipping or warehouse experience Basic Microsoft Office and computer skills Experience with shipping, receiving, stocking, and inventory activities Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Self-motivated with strong attention to detail Ability to lift up to 70 pounds What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is dependable, organized, and takes ownership of their work.
