Fulfillment Associate (Envelope Packing & Shipping) IgnitePOST Cambridge, MA Job Details Part-time | Full-time $15 an hour 12 hours ago Qualifications Packing English Quality assurance Packaging Picking & packing Order fulfillment Full Job Description IgnitePOST is looking for a Fulfillment Associate to be an integral part of our day-to-day operations by helping us pack and ship our robotically handwritten cards and envelopes. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for shipping, packing, and adding postage to our letters going out in the mail every day. You will also be responsible for the quality assurance of each piece of mail we send. You will be our last line of quality assurance before our letters are shipped to our customers and businesses. We will rely on you to have a high attention to detail and be efficient to ensure our business operations can not only keep up with demand, but that our product quality does not diminish as we grow and scale.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Matching the correct cards & envelopes based on names & addresses Packing, processing, and shipping orders. Sorting, organizing, and tracking our robotically-handwritten notes. Inspecting cards, envelopes and orders for proper formatting and quality.

Qualifications:

Must be a fluent English speaker; Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently Comfortable working in a shift-based, high throughput environment Integrity and strong ethics Ability to multitask in a busy environment Able to work during normal business hours (9 am-6 pm) Innovative and able to think outside of the box for new ideas to increase productivity, throughput, while maintaining product quality Interested in the opportunity to work with an early stage company in which you can wear many hats, branch out, and grow in your role About IgnitePOST IgnitePOST is a handwritten mail outreach service that uses robots to send real pen & ink notes that are indistinguishable from human handwriting.
