Job Description
Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Materials Handler to support shipping, receiving, and inventory operations in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in a machine shop or manufacturing setting and a working knowledge of ISO procedures and documentation. Responsibilities Process outgoing shipments using UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager. Package, label, and schedule shipments and track deliveries. Receive incoming materials, inspect shipments, verify quantities, and document inventory. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory counts. Follow ISO procedures and maintain required documentation and records. Maintain an organized and safe work area. Assist with warehouse and shop floor duties as needed. Qualifications Previous shipping and receiving experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment preferred. Working knowledge of ISO procedures and requirements required. Experience with UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager. Basic computer skills. Strong attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping. Ability to lift and move heavy materials. Ability to follow established procedures and maintain accurate documentation.
