Responsibilities Manage inbound shipments by verifying delivery accuracy, inspecting goods, and recording receipt details in inventory management software. Prepare outgoing shipments by selecting appropriate packaging, labeling, and ensuring proper documentation for domestic and international freight. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely to load and unload trucks efficiently. Conduct inventory management activities including stock counting, cycle counts, and updating records in ERP systems like AS400 or MRP software. Coordinate with logistics providers to schedule pickups and deliveries while ensuring compliance with trade regulations and shipping & receiving standards. Perform data entry tasks related to shipment tracking, order fulfillment, and inventory updates using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office tools. Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment by stocking supplies, organizing storage areas, and adhering to safety protocols. Provide excellent customer service by addressing shipping inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and supporting order fulfillment processes for e-commerce platforms. Experience Proven experience working in warehouse operations or logistics environments with a strong understanding of shipping logistics and inventory management software. Hands-on experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers; certification preferred. Familiarity with international trade regulations, trade compliance standards, and customs documentation is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems like AS400 or MRP platforms, and Microsoft Office applications for data entry and reporting. International shipping experience Basic math skills for calculating weights, measurements, and quantities accurately during packing and inventory counts. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Prior experience in e-commerce order fulfillment or distribution centers is a plus.
