Job Description

Looking for a shipper and a receiver. 7am-3:30pm Responsibilities Coordinate domestic and international shipments. Prepare shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and export paperwork. Schedule shipments with freight carriers, customs brokers, and logistics providers. Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company shipping policies. Package, label, and prepare products for shipment. Receive and inspect incoming shipments, reporting any discrepancies or damage. Track shipments and resolve shipping issues as needed. Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records using ERP or warehouse management systems. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely (as required). Qualifications Experience in domestic and international shipping and receiving. Knowledge of import/export procedures and shipping documentation. Familiarity with UPS, FedEx, DHL, and freight carriers. Experience with shipping software, ERP, or warehouse management systems. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Forklift experience or certification is a plus. #
WOR Pay:
$21.00 - $24.00 per hour
