Full-Time Job Overview We are seeking a dependable Shipping & Receiving Associate I to support daily warehouse operations in Westborough, MA. This is a great opportunity for someone with basic warehouse, shipping, receiving, or material handling experience who is looking to build their skills in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable using computers, and able to work safely as part of a team. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments Prepare outgoing materials for shipment Verify products against packing slips and shipping paperwork Complete basic shipping and receiving documentation Enter shipment information into an ERP system Use Microsoft Office and shipping portals Inspect shipments for damage or discrepancies Load and unload trucks and deliveries Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Communicate with drivers, vendors, and team members Assist with warehouse tracking and reporting as needed Cross-train in other Shipping & Receiving functions Minimum Qualifications Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, or material handling experience preferred Basic computer and data-entry skills Strong attention to detail Ability to follow written procedures and instructions Comfortable completing shipping paperwork Ability to safely lift and move materials Reliable attendance and a positive attitude Willingness to learn ERP systems and warehouse processes Transferable Experience Candidates with experience in the following areas are encouraged to apply: Warehouse or distribution Inventory control Retail stockroom Order fulfillment Manufacturing Delivery or logistics Material handling Forklift or pallet-jack operation Compensation $19. 00
