This role is critical to maintaining material flow, inventory accuracy, and on-time deliveries to customers while ensuring compliance with safety, documentation, and carrier requirements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Shipping Operations Prepare finished goods and materials for shipment, including palletizing, strapping, wrapping, and over-packing for both LTL and small-package carriers. Generate Bills of Lading (BOLs), shipping labels, and required documentation for domestic and international shipments. Coordinate transportation with approved carriers and freight providers. Load outbound shipments onto trucks safely and efficiently. Verify shipment contents against orders to ensure accuracy in quantity, labeling, and documentation. Receiving Operations Receive, unload, inspect, and verify incoming materials against packing lists, purchase orders, and invoices. Identify and communicate discrepancies, damage, or shortages to Purchasing, Quality, or other internal teams. Ensure materials are properly labeled, staged, and moved to appropriate storage or production locations. Inventory & ERP Transactions Perform all required shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions in Epicor. Maintain accurate inventory records through proper system usage and physical handling. Participate in and support routine cycle counts and inventory audits. Material Handling & Equipment Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related material handling equipment. Move and kit materials to support production, shipping, and storage requirements. Perform basic equipment inspections and report safety or maintenance concerns. Communication & Compliance Communicate effectively with carriers, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve shipping or receiving issues. Follow company policies, safety procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping and receiving area.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent, preferred. Previous forklift or material handling equipment preferred. Prior experience in warehousing, freight and/or logistics preferred. Basic computer literacy and math skills. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and time management skills. Dependable, safety-conscious, and quality focused. Ability to follow all company and government safety rules and regulations. Ability to read, write and speak English; communicate effectively. Good communication skills. Able to convey instructions to others.
