Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM, with some Saturday OT Work authorization: U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder only Confidential Indeed Job Posting A manufacturing company in Middleton, MA is hiring a Shipper / Receiver to support daily warehouse and production operations. In this hands-on role, you will receive incoming materials, prepare outgoing shipments, move inventory throughout the facility and help maintain accurate inventory records. What you'll do: Unload delivery trucks and inspect incoming materials for damage Verify counts against purchase orders, invoices and packing slips Pack, label, seal and organize outgoing shipments Prepare shipping paperwork, including bills of lading Move materials using pallet jacks, hand trucks and forklifts Complete cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies Update inventory information in warehouse systems or databases What we're looking for: At least 1 year of shipping and receiving experience in a manufacturing environment Comfortable standing for a full shift and frequently lifting 50-75 lbs. Experience using pallet jacks, hand trucks or forklifts Basic computer and math skills for counts, reconciliation and inventory tracking Familiarity with warehouse management systems or inventory databases
