We create meaningful gemstone jewelry designed to be given as gifts for life's special moments - from birthdays and milestones to encouragement, love, and everyday reminders of how much someone means to you. Because many of our orders are gifts, we put a lot of care into making sure every order is beautifully prepared, accurate, and ready to make someone feel special. This is a hands-on seasonal role focused primarily on preparing and packing customer orders during our busy holiday season, with the opportunity to support other areas of our e-commerce operations including inventory, customer service, shipping, and general studio organization. What You'll Do Prepare and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring each order is beautifully presented and ready to gift. Process and fulfill orders using our e-commerce and shipping systems. Assist with inventory , including receiving shipments, counting products, restocking, and keeping inventory organized. Help keep the studio organized , including packing stations, inventory areas, supplies, and workspaces. Assist with customer service as needed, including responding to basic order questions and helping resolve customer issues. Perform basic computer and data-entry tasks related to orders, inventory, and day-to-day e-commerce operations. Jump in where needed during busy periods to help keep orders moving smoothly. What We're Looking For You're reliable, dependable, and take pride in showing up ready to work. You're detail-oriented and notice the little things, especially when it comes to accuracy and presentation. You work efficiently and stay organized, even when things get busy. You're comfortable with repetitive, hands-on work and can maintain accuracy while working at a steady pace. You're flexible, willing to jump in where needed, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in e-commerce, retail, fulfillment, customer service, or inventory is a plus, but not required. You communicate clearly and proactively, especially around scheduling, availability, or anything that could affect your work. Schedule & Availability This is a seasonal position for the holiday season, with hours varying based on business needs and order volume. Approximately 15-30+ hours per week are expected, with the potential for additional hours during our busiest holiday weeks. All shifts are daytime hours - no evening or overnight shifts. Scheduling will be based on business needs and team availability, so some flexibility is appreciated as order volume changes throughout the season. Availability to work at least one weekend day is required, with availability on both Saturday and Sunday strongly preferred. There may be an opportunity for a strong seasonal team member to transition into a part-time or full-time position after the holiday season. Compensation $20-$22 per hour , depending on experience. This is a seasonal position with the potential for additional hours during peak holiday periods and the possibility of transitioning into a part-time or full-time role after the holiday season.
