Shipping Associate - Full-Time Masis Staffing Solutions is currently hiring a Shipping Associate for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with a growing warehouse team in West Springfield, MA. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in being organized, and understands the importance of accuracy and reliability.

$18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00

Temp-to-Hire Location:

West Springfield, MA Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments, including LTL and FTL deliveries Scan products against packing lists and accurately store inventory Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Label packages and ensure products are packed safely and correctly Schedule shipments electronically with various carriers Assist with warehouse organization, including returns, stocking shelves, recycling, and maintaining a clean workspace Work collaboratively with warehouse team members to support daily operations Qualifications At least 1 year of warehouse experience, preferably in a smaller warehouse environment Ability to follow directions and established procedures accurately Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable, punctual, and dependable work ethic Positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed Effective verbal and written communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with EDI shipping requirements Experience working with textiles, home décor, or similar products Why Apply?
