Monday-Friday | Day Shift $21-$23 Per hour Masis Staffing is seeking an experienced Shipping & Receiving Associate for a manufacturing company in Westborough, MA. This position is responsible for accurately receiving incoming materials, preparing outbound shipments, completing shipping documentation, and maintaining accurate inventory transactions within an ERP system. We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable working with computers, and experienced in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and on time Receive materials and verify shipments against purchase orders and related documentation Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for accuracy, quantity, and damage Identify and escalate discrepancies involving shipments or paperwork Prepare products and materials for outbound shipment Ensure all required documentation accompanies outbound shipments Complete shipping and receiving paperwork accurately Enter receiving and shipping information into the company ERP system Use Microsoft Office and carrier/shipping portals to process shipments Load and unload trucks and deliveries Work directly with drivers, vendors, and internal departments Operate pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment Maintain an organized, clean, and safe shipping and receiving area Support inventory and general warehouse activities as needed Track and report shipping and receiving KPIs to the Team Lead Cross-train on Shipping & Receiving department responsibilities Assist with continuous improvement of warehouse processes Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Previous shipping and receiving experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment Experience processing both inbound and outbound shipments Strong attention to detail and ability to identify shipping discrepancies Experience completing shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation Comfortable using computers for daily warehouse transactions Experience with an ERP, WMS, or inventory management system Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Familiarity with carrier or shipping portals Experience operating pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment Ability to safely load and unload materials Strong organizational and communication skills Dependable attendance and ability to work effectively as part of a team Preferred Experience Manufacturing warehouse experience ERP-based receiving and inventory transactions Inventory control or cycle count experience UPS, FedEx, or other freight/shipping systems Forklift or powered material-handling equipment experience What We're Looking For The ideal candidate has hands-on shipping and receiving experience and understands that accuracy is just as important as speed .
