Kitting Associate - Badge Assembly Job Summary We are hiring a Kitting Associate to support a warehouse and production team in Jessup, MD. This position is responsible for creating, assembling, organizing, and activating employee badges while ensuring each kit is complete and accurate. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, comfortable using a computer, and enjoys hands-on work. The position involves a combination of light assembly, data entry/computer tasks, quality checks, and general warehouse support.

PM Pay:
$17.50 per hour Responsibilities Create and prepare employee identification badges according to established procedures. Activate badges and ensure they are properly configured and ready for use. Assemble badge kits and organize all required materials. Verify names, identification information, and other details for accuracy. Enter and update information using computer systems. Follow step-by-step instructions and established procedures. Inspect completed badges and kits for accuracy and quality. Identify and correct errors or missing information before completing orders. Organize completed kits and prepare them for distribution. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Handle materials and supplies associated with the kitting process. Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe. Assist with other light warehouse and production duties as needed. Follow all company safety, quality, and security procedures. Qualifications Previous kitting, assembly, warehouse, production, data entry, or computer-based work is a plus. Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software and systems. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Good organizational and time-management skills. Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy. Dependable and reliable with good attendance. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and work for extended periods. Ability to perform repetitive hand and finger movements. Frequent reaching, handling, sorting, and assembling materials. Ability to lift and move light warehouse materials as needed. IND2
