Job Description

Job Overview Hawkeye is hiring for nine (9) Shipping/Receiving Clerk positions to support a contract with the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD). Employees will work from Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) in St. Inigoes, MD or a nearby (Lexington Park/California area) contractor facility. Employment is 40 hours per week, non-exempt, and subject to the Service Contract Act (SCA). The Shipping/Receiving Clerk is responsible for managing outgoing and incoming shipments to the facility including collecting and preparing orders for shipment, receiving incoming deliveries, and maintaining records of the material/packages shipped and received for the Special Communications Missions Solutions (SCMS) Division of
NAWCAD WOLF.
Qualifications Candidate must have:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year experience with warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, or other similar work

S. citizenship Security Requirements The position requires a Secret level clearance. Hiring preference will be given to candidates who possess an active clearance. Candidates without clearances must be able to complete the SF-86 and receive a favorable determination within 90 days after hire. Candidates without a clearance must also complete a pre-employment background check.
