Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to become an integral part of our clients team. Shipping and Receiving Clerks perform tasks that are essential to our production processes.

Job Duties:

• Receive incoming shipments and verify materials against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Inspect incoming materials for damage, shortages, or discrepancies and report issues as needed.
• Prepare outgoing orders and shipments according to customer and company requirements.
• Package, label, and stage products for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently with a forklift.
• Organize materials, products, and shipments in designated areas.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and shipping information for accuracy.
• Complete shipping and receiving paperwork and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure materials and finished products are available when needed.
• Keep shipping and receiving areas clean, organized, anCompled safe.
• Operate a pallet-wrapping machine to securely wrap and stabilize finished pallets for storage and shipment.

Ensure products are properly positioned and wrapped according to company standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

• S&R experience.
• Forklift experience
• Be able to lift up-to 35 lbs on a regular basis. Occasionally lift up-to 40 lbs.
• Be able to sit or stand for long periods of time
