Job Description
Claw Crazy Farmington Hills, MI $21 to $24 per hour 20 to 35 hours per week In-person position About Claw Crazy Claw Crazy is an online arcade where customers play real claw machines remotely and have the prizes they win shipped directly to them. We are looking for an experienced and dependable Shipping Associate to help accurately prepare and ship customer orders from our Farmington Hills warehouse. Responsibilities Pick and pack customer orders accurately Print shipping labels and process orders using ShipStation Verify prizes and shipping information before orders are sent Organize inventory and maintain an orderly shipping area Receive, sort, and stock incoming merchandise Assist with inventory counts and identify discrepancies Help ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time Follow established shipping and warehouse procedures Qualifications Prior shipping or fulfillment experience is required Experience using ShipStation is strongly preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Comfortable using computers and shipping software Strong communication and teamwork skills

Schedule This is a part-time position requiring approximately 20 to 35 hours per week. The exact schedule will be discussed during the interview process.
